Wedding Photographers in Kahlotus

Greg + Lexi

We started the 2018 wedding season with a cozy wedding out in the country-lands of Kahlotus. Greg and Lexi's wedding just had a very homey feel to it and the day was just perfect.

Both Greg and Lexi grew up on wheat farms so it made sense to incorporate that into their big day. They decided to get married in Kahlotus where Lexi grew up. The bride's family did a fine job decorating their shop just for their big day. It was definitely a family effort for everything with help from both families, aunts, coworkers, friends, and cousin's doing their parts.

A lot of wedding details had sentimental value: Their centerpieces and decoration sported wheat from both family farms. Wheat kernels were also used instead of sand for their unity symbol. The altar and cross were from the church Lexi attended as a child that has since closed down. One more! The arch was made by Greg's grandpa and used in both his brother and cousin's weddings.

It turned out to be such a beautiful day which we were all glad for! Can you believe the family and couple pictures where just done on their "backyards"? So cool!

After a sweet ceremony, some delicious food by the bride's cousin and Classy Country Catering, and a sweet sunset couple session, Sight and Sound Services got the party started.

What a great day! Check out the images below!
